MP3 Finance LLC ("MP3 Finance," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information we receive from clients, website visitors, and through our use of third-party services such as Google APIs. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and the rights you have regarding your information.
1. WHO THIS POLICY APPLIES TO
This policy applies to: visitors to mp3finance.com; clients and prospective clients of MP3 Finance LLC who engage our investment advisory services; and any individual whose Google account data is accessed by internal MP3 Finance applications and tools through Google APIs.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Information You Provide Directly. When you contact us, request information, or engage MP3 Finance as a client, we may collect: name, email address, phone number, and mailing address; information necessary to provide investment advisory services (including financial information you choose to share with us in the course of our advisory relationship); and communications you send to us.
Information Collected Through Google APIs. MP3 Finance operates internal software applications that access certain Google services on behalf of authorized MP3 Finance personnel only. These applications request the following Google API scopes: YouTube Data API v3 (youtube.readonly) for read-only access to public and private metadata of MP3 Finance's own YouTube channel for content management purposes; YouTube Analytics API (yt-analytics.readonly) for read-only access to performance metrics for MP3 Finance's own YouTube channel; Google Calendar API (calendar.events) for read and create access to calendar events on the authorized user's calendar for scheduling and workflow automation; Google Drive API (drive.file) for limited per-file access to files created or opened by the application, with no broad access to a user's Drive; and Google Sheets API (spreadsheets) for read and write access to spreadsheets used for internal MP3 Finance operations.
Information accessed through these APIs is used solely to provide the functionality of the internal application requesting it. We do not sell, share, or transfer this information to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the specific feature the user authorized.
Information Collected Automatically. When you visit mp3finance.com, our hosting provider may collect standard server log information such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed. We do not use this information to identify individual visitors.
3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use the information we collect to: provide investment advisory services to clients in accordance with our written advisory agreement and our fiduciary duty; communicate with you about your account, our services, or your inquiry; operate internal MP3 Finance tools and applications (such as content management, scheduling, and workflow automation); and comply with applicable laws, regulations, and recordkeeping requirements.
4. LIMITED USE OF GOOGLE API DATA
MP3 Finance's use and transfer to any other application of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically: Google API data is used only to provide or improve the user-facing features of the application that requested it; Google API data is not transferred to any third party except as necessary to provide or improve the application's user-facing features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with the user's prior consent; Google API data is not used for advertising purposes, including retargeting or personalized advertising; and humans do not read Google API data except (a) with the user's affirmative consent, (b) for security purposes such as investigating abuse, (c) to comply with applicable law, or (d) where the data is aggregated and used for internal operations in accordance with applicable privacy and other legal requirements.
5. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
Information accessed via Google APIs is processed and stored locally on devices controlled by authorized MP3 Finance personnel. OAuth credentials are stored in encrypted form in operating-system-level secure storage. Tokens can be revoked at any time by the authorizing user from their Google Account security settings.
Client information is stored in accordance with applicable regulatory recordkeeping requirements and protected with reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards.
6. SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only with service providers who assist us in operating our business (such as our custodian, technology vendors, and accounting professionals), each of whom is contractually obligated to protect your information; when required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; or to enforce our agreements, protect our rights, or protect the safety of our clients or others.
7. YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; or withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights — or to revoke an MP3 Finance application's access to your Google account at any time — you may visit Google Account permissions at myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove access for the relevant MP3 Finance application, or contact us using the information in Section 10 below.
8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
MP3 Finance's services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Last Updated date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated to clients in accordance with applicable regulations.
