These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mp3finance.com (the "Site") and any related software applications operated by MP3 Finance LLC ("MP3 Finance," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

MP3 Finance LLC is an investment advisory firm. Information about our advisory services, fees, and disclosures is available in our Form ADV and other regulatory documents, which are provided to clients prior to engagement and are available upon request.

2. NO INVESTMENT ADVICE ON THE WEBSITE

The content on this Site is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this Site constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security or to engage in any particular investment strategy. Investment advisory services are provided only pursuant to a written advisory agreement between MP3 Finance and a client. Past performance is not indicative of future results. 3. INTERNAL APPLICATIONS AND GOOGLE API SERVICES

MP3 Finance operates internal software applications that integrate with third-party services (including Google services) on behalf of authorized MP3 Finance personnel. These internal applications are not offered as a product or service to website visitors or members of the public. Use of these applications is governed by separate internal authorization and the Privacy Policy at mp3finance.com/privacy.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, our systems, or the accounts of any other user; interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers or networks connected to the Site; use any automated means (such as bots or scrapers) to access the Site without our prior written consent; or reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Site without our express written permission.
